Cold finish

Switches your energy on. Lasts for hours.
Use this when
Tired, sluggish, or slow. When you need to activate and caffeine is not the answer.
After this
Most people notice a sharp, clear-headed feeling within minutes. The effect tends to hold for longer than expected, often well into the next few hours.
You will need
A shower.
The why
Cold water exposure helps trigger the release of noradrenaline and dopamine, the neurochemicals behind alertness, energy, and motivation. Unlike caffeine, the elevation builds gradually and does not produce a subsequent crash. Even 20 to 30 seconds is enough to activate the mechanism.
Note
Not recommended if you have a heart condition or Raynaud's syndrome.
