Study of the acceptability of the Deschutes Groundwater Mitigation Program (GMP) in Central Oregon. Uses the Institutional Analysis and Development framework and compares the GMP to two hypothetical alternatives (a complete moratorium on groundwater pumping and no institutional arrangement). Primary data collected via interviews and a postal survey (111 respondents).
