In 2022, I had the pleasure of meeting Prof. Pollack in person at the Water Conference in Frankfurt, and in 2024 we met again for an in-depth exchange in Seattle. His book describes water phenomena and the behavior of this element that contradict much of what we learned in school and university. The most fascinating part: the concept of a fourth phase of water, which the Pollack Lab at the University of Washington was able to demonstrate - and that turned my thinking completely upside down.
